I have visited Franz & Sophie many times, and this place has never disappointed me. This time I took Superior green matcha tea. Ena , the charming girl who works there prepared this cup of tea for me , I was watching her preparing it with passion and love.
Matcha is a Japanese type of powdered green tea . The green tea leaves are grown in the shade for three weeks. Then, the veins and stems are removed.
