My Fruity Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Oatmeal Breakfast

I’m currently obsessed with this delicious and super healthy oatmeal breakfast dish. It tastes real good with a variety in fruits, so you can use whatever is available.

I start many of my days with a big colorful bowl of oats, and what doesn’t make it boring, is that you can build your own colorful versions with your own favorite flavors, different toppings, nuts and fruits.

For this bowl, I used sliced oranges, red grapefruits, Kiwi, pomegranate seeds, some almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, goji berries, honey and cinnamon. You could pour your favorite milk over it, or just put some creamy Greek yogurt on top.

Enjoy it with a cup of  Matcha green tea, or Matcha latte (Matcha latte recipe soon on the blog). A healthy cup of  matcha green tea perfectly complements this superfood-packed breakfast bowl.
